> **Avantages**: friendly apparency, easy to use, simple, good reports but the most important is the service the silo team provide to us
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Invoice information can be improve because is not working properly when the customer has 1 address for billing and another one for shipping,  I just find that issue yesterday and I will report it today, and I am pretty sure that the Silo team will adjust this really quick.

> **Avantages**: I like how easy it is use the software, I had no formal training and picked it up easily which is a plus for SILO in my industry.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: I do not like the software, the lack of capability this software has for the industry I am in. SILO can produce so much for being an upcoming software but lacks a lot of the support within its own company to better it. I dislike customer service, the accounting section lacks so much, too much clicking, having to open multiple (more than 5 screens) to do a simple task, and no shortcuts to make the productivity faster. SILO creates more problems than it solves. SILO increases our office work productivity.

> I think SILO would and could be one of the greatest software but the lack of emergency and slowness to respond to essential situations. I would not suggest SILO to anyone in the produce industry, as of right now.
