> **Inconvénients**: It can take a while for people to change their habits internally to incorporate this into their daily lives, but once they’ve done so, it’s a game changer.

> Compas is a great bit of software with the support of an excellent developer and support team.    The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of Compas takes time properly to get to know clients and the challenges in their business.  I strongly recommend it for small to medium sized businesses where performance tracking really matters.
