We were able to transition quickly to Gazebo and it worked very well for us. We were able to get quick reports for presenting to management, able to easily roll up figures for annual cost savings, energy savings, etc. We were able to easily able to search the database for projects, and most importantly, could update it real time during meetings with various stakeholders. We adopted the system and allowed all of our users on site (maybe 20-30) to have access and they were able to easily update status to their projects. I really like the performance indication. It has a simple line graph showing the amount of reduction in power usage we are receiving compared to frontloaded expected energy usage. It has the ability to integrate electricity usage numbers into this model. > > **Inconvénients**: There were certain situations where things did not show up in drop downs as we were entering in data, but these issues were resolved quickly by their developers. > > It has been a great tool for us. We fully adopted it, got rid of other tracking tools, and it has been a foundation for driving improvement, tracking the numbers, and being able to report successes to our management with input from our internal Facility Engineers, Manufacturing and Process Engineers, Facilities Technicians, Manufacturing/Maintenance Techs, EHS, and our outsourced Facilities Mgmt group. All in all, we have enjoyed this tool as it has helped keep organized in a simple way.
