The set up is easy, with MIS integration and ability to dictate all settings. For example, permitting gaps between appointments or insisting that appointments run one after the other. There are granular permissions to change appointment lengths per teacher, allow scheduling of breaks, or extending the evening. These can be disabled by the administrator. The interface is easy to use for teachers and parents. It facilitates efficient, confidential parents evenings and has led to huge increases in engagement, as parents can join from any device and any location. Multiple parents or teachers can join a single appointment too, which reduces duplication. > > **Inconvénients**: No disadvantages. I ahve used it for parents evenings as both a teacher and a parent and I love it. As a parent I could join the meetings from work or home, it meant that appointments I might not have been able to attend in person I was still able to attend online and have a converstation with my child's teacher. As a teacher I really love the fact that appointments keep to time. People who haven't booked can't suddenly appear and parents can't skip the queue. Most of the parents I have sought opinion from also love it for it's ease of use and that they save so much time now fo parents evenings, and can be at home looking after siblings/ cooking dinner, between appointments. Two negatives I have from parents, sometimes they can't log in, I think this is a fault with their technology - we overcome this by providing access to chromebooks in school for those who need it, and some parents complain they don't have long enough.
