We were not informed that the case had escalated, that external legal counsel had been engaged, or that a settlement had been agreed until we received the invoices. We also experienced multiple invoicing issues that required corrections and took a long time to resolve. > > Our experience started well, with a straightforward onboarding process and an easy to use platform. Unfortunately, things changed significantly during an employee termination. Despite following the guidance of the local team, we were later invoiced for legal fees and a settlement that had been agreed without our prior knowledge or approval. We spent several months trying to understand the contractual basis for these costs, but were not satisfied with the transparency, communication, or supporting documentation provided. WE lost our deposit that was not paid back to us.
