The results were presented in a concise and accessible manner without compromising the depth of the results.

> Anova is a tool for assessments that helps organizations increase engagement and productivity with their staff by obtaining input from them and the data gathered from the tool supports the development of a stronger and more contented staff. No free or trial version is available yet, however, monthly subscription charges are quite low. One should try at least.

The surveys are easy to run and the resulting data was really well presented, clear and always comes with an action plan. The ability to filter data easily and use the results to inform SMT level decision making. The feedback from our team regarding Anova was very positive.

> **Inconvénients**: It would be good if there was a length of service filter. As a consultancy business, there was a little confusion at the outset by the end user over whether they responded about our business or the end client environment. Once we identified this, the Anova team were great in supporting us through addressing this with comms.
