A user shouldn't need an approval from an administrator to create templates since the user knows the kind of messages he/she sends to the customers.&#10;&#10;Another dissatisfaction is the expiration of chats. We don't have reintroduce ourselves every 24 hours.&#10;&#10;Also I can only send pictures as pdf files&#10;&#10;And i can't even send two files at the same time so that makes two introductions.
