I was charged incorrectly on my account. in order to create an account, they want you to put your payment information. Once you input your payment information, you automatically have 1 workspace available. I was only trying to be part of a team by being invited to a different workspace. But they charged the workspace that comes with account creation EVEN IF THE FIRST WORKSPACE HAS ALREADY BEEN DELETED. I'm trying to make changes to the subscription but I am not the owner. I don't need too many extra features that clutter the dashboard - I just want a fast tool to help me schedule my posts, particularly Linkedin (which was what attracted me to Creasquare in the first place). I also really like seeing what my post will look like for someone viewing it on the phone. When I reported a technical issue with the tool earlier on, the company was fast to respond and sorted it right away, and the issue never happened again. > > **Inconvénients**: When uploading single or multiple photos for a Linkedin post, the post preview failed to show the text I had written above the photos and only showed the generic "Your post content will be displayed here."
