So my managers do not need to waste time dealing with all users, they are working only with hot ones. Also we are able to automate our communication depending on customer status – hot, medium or cold. That saves us a lot of time. System is easy and convenient to use for buyers. They are able to set their bids limits and Adam makes bids for them. There are various types of auctions. We are using open and close auctions. > > **Inconvénients**: Market price prediction is working only in 70-80% of cases. We are lacking historical data for now to improve it. But even so it’s great feature, because system is pushing customers to reach this price, which helps us to sell more. > > It was easy to start using it. Their support knows our industry so they prepared a lot of things and gave us useful tips. System is stable, we didn’t have any crashes so far. Every month we are receiving new features. Probably biggest advantage of using Adam is higher revenue and higher profitability and automated sales process which is not requiring participation of employee. Software is userfriendly. Adam has great functionalities – forward auction, absentee auction, Texas auction. Also Buy it now, absentee bidding and many more. Our customers didn't have any issues to start buying our jewelery in auctions. Based on their oppinion it's more attractive. Adam is available in mobile device so customers can purchase our jeweley anytime and anywhere. Engagment has jumped. Overal that's great software. > > **Inconvénients**: My account was empty at the beginning, so we had to create all fields and categories by our self. It took some time. I never used such system in the past so first few days using Adam was complicated, but their support made things easier.
