> **Avantages**: Great product and Great Support, the kind where you speak to a human. training video are short and well paced. Cosmos keeps going with user input.  Low barrier(cost) to set up and use

> **Avantages**: The logic of the software links the back end tables easily to provide highly customizable reports.  The G.U.I. is much better to use than any other competitors crazy formulas. Each report works extremely well in excel.

> Interaction with Cosmos as a software has been excellent - the team is always available to help solve any issues really fast.

> **Avantages**: I like Cosmos for the ease of use of creating reports for Business Central.  I also like that it is cloud based.  This makes it easy to work from anywhere.

> **Inconvénients**: I don't like that I can't automate running of the pipeline more than 4 times a day.  We run many reports manually and sometimes we have to wait until the pipeline runs before we get current information.
> 
> I am satisfied with the overall experience.  This is the best cloud-based reporting software I have seen.
