Our company was new to ESG and was finding it challenging to grasp the vast amount of ESG data scattered across our organization. KEY ESG's platform made it straightforward to centralize everything in one place. The dashboard is intuitive to use; it allowed an incredibly simple transition from our spreadsheets and data collection into one simple dashboard that anyone on the team can use. As the company begins its new ESG program, we found the Guidance sections on data collection to be very valuable as we introduce new teammates to the ESG program. It took a lot of the explaining out of the work in the program and makes it simple to understand why we need to collect certain information to get our emissions, or what value the information adds to the overall data collection. The user management and data collection is refreshingly easy to use as both a team administrator and as a front-end user. Additionally, a major pro for me was the team itself. The level of customer support they were willing to provide was exceptional and made the entire implementation process much smoother. > > **Inconvénients**: While our overall experience with KEY ESG has been very positive, there were a couple of areas we felt could be improved. As a company new to ESG, we found that while the features were very intuitive, some of the more advanced reporting pieces had a larger learning curve. It took our team a bit more time to fully understand and leverage these aspects. We also found the workflow for signing off on data to generate a report was slightly confusing at first. This may have just been user error on our part as we were still learning the system. > > Overall, our experience with KEY ESG has been very positive. As a company new to ESG, we were able to get started very quickly. The platform strikes a great balance between being powerful enough to centralize our data and simple enough for the entire team to adopt. The built-in guidance was significant in helping us understand the data requirements easily. KEY ESG has been an effective tool for launching our program. The team at KEY ESG has been instrumental in supporting our Firm with our efforts to collect sustainability-related data from our portfolio companies. When we were looking for an ESG data collection platform we were looking for a partner, and we found that with KEY ESG. Although our data collection efforts were initially a daunting task, given the various frameworks we had to comply with, the intuitive software made for a smooth data collection process. > > **Inconvénients**: Nothing particular to note.
