> **Avantages**: Le suivi interne, la réactivité de l'équipe, la facilité à créer un évènement, la clarté du site ainsi que les fonctionnalité récente.

> **Inconvénients**: Au départ, l'appli qui n'était pas en français et pas complète. Depuis la version francophone et admin, TOP\! Frais un peu élevé par rapport à notre précédente plateforme mais service plus efficace donc on fait le choix de la qualité.

> Prise en main facile et fluide. Support disponible et professionnel. Il manque encore quelques informations utiles/ ajout des moyens de paiements et ce sera parfait.

> **Avantages**: The people of EventSquare go for a nice personal approach. When you need some help you get to the right person straight away and problems get resolved.

> **Inconvénients**: Overall very good experience. Many years ago when the company was smaller and there was the covid-ticket mania (10k+ people trying to reach the servers at the same time) there was some serverissues but the people of EventSquare were live on it. Solved it straight away on that moment, we had a fair agreement afterwords and it never happened again in the future. This is how a company should be and act in my point of view.

> We are now using EventSquare for 10 years and seen the company grow from very small to what is is today selling 2 million tickets a year. The website is clean, simple to use yet still has all features you'd want as an event organiser.
