I keep getting suspended for what they call 'Spam' When all I'm doing is trying to build strong foundational relationships to build a base and a following. As a playing customer it's absolutely ridiculous how I'm not even able to use the app fully due to yet another suspension. I had thought the app was intended to build these relationships however it seems that Bandlab wants to limit your interactions with other users. They say it's the software that recognizes patterns or behaviors and then automatically gives the suspension. WELL THE APP IS OBVIOUSLY BROKEN. Cause as a paying customer I just feel like ive been duped outta my money. They're based out of Singapore and it seems there is zero customer support for myself here on the west coast of North America. Typically its a wait of 24 hoirs or more if I even receive a response to my emails. There is no live support online or telephone wise. As a loyal customer who has always been nothing but a positive member of the community who even promotes the app, im absolutely frustrated beyaond. I literally want to pull my hair out with the lack of customer support. The app has brought me serious anxiety as well not being able to work with other members who i have collabs with due to being restricted to no communication with them. I could go on with some other issues but i feel this is long winded enough.
