> **Avantages**: - Dual sync function is great for our work flow, allowing the invoices to first sync into the inventory software, and next into the accounting software by different employees
- Uploading invoices is quick and easy
- The more we use it, the better it knows the items on our invoices. This is improving the wait time for invoices to process and also improving accuracy.
- Support team is very helpful and responsive
- Uploading and syncing food and beverage invoices is easy and efficient, especially with items that are ordered frequently

> **Inconvénients**: - The program can be quite slow when syncing invoices to the accounting software. It can take between 40-60 second from pressing the sync button until Notch is done thinking. It's quicker with the inventory software though.
- Navigating through the invoices can be a bit clunky. We have quite a high volume of invoices (often between 50-100 waiting to be synced in the busy season). I find the filters sometimes don't stick after syncing an invoice, so you have to reselect the filter every time to sync an invoice. Flipping through the pages can get bothersome with so many invoices uploaded.
