What I like most about ThriveSparrow is how simple the 360 process feels. The flow is clear and easy to follow, and the option to save and come back later is really convenient. The 360 report is also detailed enough to give a well-rounded, easy-to-understand view of all the feedback.

It saves a good amount of time during the 360 process. Everything is easy to navigate, and being able to save and come back later means there’s no need to start over. The whole process feels much smoother and easier to manage.

The heatmap makes it easy to quickly spot which teams need attention and being able to drill down into the team-level details from the same report is really useful.
