> **Avantages**: SuccessionNow has been easy to implement and easy to maintain. Their support is top tier. The customization options helped us make this our own. The reporting also helped with understanding the data and helping with our planning process.

> **Inconvénients**: I haven't had any complaints with the program. It's easy to use and our team has jumped right in. If anything, I would love to see more reports.
