During the open dispute they charged my card twice more, including $176.89 nearly a month after my written cancellation. Even after my account appeared canceled, they kept billing my card. They’re still actively running marketing campaigns, but they don’t respond to support requests at all. That’s a major red flag for any SaaS. > > As a SaaS founder, I understand early-stage products, bugs, and growing pains. That’s not what happened here. The product is barebones, the cancellation system feels broken, and the support simply doesn’t exist. The repeated unauthorized charges and complete silence from their team made the whole experience feel negligent at best and intentional at worst. I normally avoid negative reviews, but in this case, people need to know what they’re walking into.
