> **Inconvénients**: Offer a 10-day trial and then there is no way to cancel before they charge you $700+. No reply from their customer support.

> Very disappointing. Incomplete product with misleading trial that you can't cancel.  Overcharged and unable to get s refund from their customer support as they don't respond

> **Avantages**: The signup was quick and the marketing looks great on the surface. They clearly know how to present the product well.

> **Inconvénients**: The tool itself is extremely basic and adds no real value beyond what I can already do with ChatGPT. The bigger problem is the complete lack of customer support. I canceled right after signing up, was still charged, emailed multiple times, and never got a single reply. Even after my account appeared canceled, they kept billing my card. They’re still actively running marketing campaigns, but they don’t respond to support requests at all. That’s a major red flag for any SaaS.

> As a SaaS founder, I understand early-stage products, bugs, and growing pains. That’s not what happened here. The product is barebones, the cancellation system feels broken, and the support simply doesn’t exist. The repeated unauthorized charges and complete silence from their team made the whole experience feel negligent at best and intentional at worst. I normally avoid negative reviews, but in this case, people need to know what they’re walking into. I would recommend staying away from this product entirely because the lack of support and ongoing billing issues make it a risk.
