> **Avantages**: The level of communication this team exhibited was far and away their biggest strength for us. Of course they are great at the technical side, but without being able to communicate effectively, none of the tech matters.

> **Inconvénients**: My team used them early on in their development of processes and features. There were some initial hiccups with monitoring and the first setup was tricky to get just right putting a bit of a strain on timelines. Again, their effective communication and problem solving skills far outweighed the stress of initial setup.

> We have had nothing but a great experience with everyone we have worked with at StratusGrid. Whenever we or our clients had issues, they were never more than a phone call away. I know for a fact that we were not their biggest client, but they handled our requests and development as if we were their only one.
