Installation de kinnovis sur des sites déjà en fonctionnements

Avantages :

Kinnovis est un logiciel très simple t’ulisation même pour des personnes qui ne sont pas à la pointe de l’informatique C’est un logiciel qui sait également suivre les tendances et surtout être à l’écoute des remarques dans le but de toujours s’améliorer

Inconvénients :

C’est un logiciel fastidieux à mettre en place dans ma situation car j’avais déjà des boxes de stockages avec des locataires et différentes tailles de boxes Si vous avez un self storage neuf je penses que c’est beaucoup plus simple

Glad that I bought 'the future', but looking forward to some changes and extra features

Commentaires : As said, I still have a positive overall feeling about Kinnovis, even though we noticed some issues and unhandy features. I'm really looking forward to grow together with Kinnovis.

Avantages :

It's clear that Kinnovis is thinking about the future and really want to move forward. There way of communication is professional and I have the feeling there is a steady team behind it to let it flourish. The software itself is taking a lot of manual work to maintain storage out of our hands, and that was the reason why we signed the contract with Kinnovis in the first place.

Inconvénients :

There are no such things I really dislike about Kinnovis, more like improvements and changes we really hope they will implement. At this point I think for example it's inconvenient for both customer and company to have a separate invoice for all units you have booked. This is for us the most critical change that needs to happen, because we can't demand a customer to pay 3 times each month for example, when they are renting 3 units. Splitted invoices is what we currently like 'the least' about Kinnovis.

Commentaires : It is very intuitive and self-explanatory and gives you each component necessary to operate one or several self-storage facilities.

Avantages :

It's an off the shelf product that will enable you to operate a facility with all necessary components from day 1.

Inconvénients :

No real cons at the moment. Let's revisit this in a year or two to see if its changed:)

User friendly and modern state of the art solution

Commentaires : Simple and user friendly interface which allows very fast and logical learning by doing.
They offer a just in time helpdesk and also the possibility place ideas for further developments - in general they do continuous improvements.
It is very satisfying to work with this system.
