Easy to use and good customer service as we move from moving from spread sheet to on line system. The customer service has been great and really responsive to suggestions / changes to make this even more user friendly. > > **Inconvénients**: Cost to guests for payments eg: accommodation BUT they have now enabled us to charge this direct to the couple vs the invitee. And also increased the ways to pay eg: BACS but high costs on these transactions. > > Very good.. Good team and easy to access support currently eg: \[sensitive content hidden\].
