> **Avantages**: I like that it is all encompassing and does not have to be a separate setup outside of the platform. It makes marking participation easier and keeps everything consistent with the use of data tags

> **Inconvénients**: We are stilling find a need for excel and sending links to speakers and "room hosts." We may just need more training on the speaker resource center and emailing folks those links.
> 
> We use it for our Rural Library eSummit every December. We are looking to add more events every year.
