> **Avantages**: GotPhoto provides me with a one-stop, fully integrated solution for my studio.  The platform handles subject tracking, customer data, graphics creation, gallery sales, customer communication, and marketing.  Since moving to GotPhoto, my sales have increased significantly and my workload has been reduced.The integration of the platform with NextGen for graphics creation has been game changing for my studio.

> **Inconvénients**: It can be complicated, so users who don't use the platform frequently or are first timers may me intimidated.  If you put some time into it and leverage the GotPhoto staff, help files, and other users, you'll soon realize the power of the platform.  The increased revenue will be the gravy.

> **Avantages**: GotPhoto is a critical part of my success with school photography.  It provides a seamless and easy way for me to identify the children I am photographing, and then provides their parents easy viewing and online ordering.  The integration with my print lab means that ALL orders are processed automatically, so once I 'load the job' I am essentially done.  Through-out the job process I can market directly to parents who haven't ordered, ensuring that I capture as many as possible AND can then use that same marketing for the other genres in my business.  I simply could not operate without GotPhoto - my business has grown tremendously because of this tool\!

> **Inconvénients**: Many of the limitations that I previously experienced don't exist anymore because GotPhoto is constantly updating as they listen to their users.  At first, the process of getting started was a little clunky, but now the workflow for setting up a job and getting started is intuitive and step by step\!
