It was clear from the beginning that AtlasOpen understood DCP’s vision and were dedicated to achieving our goal. Whilst Atlasopen had not previously worked in the child protection space, they enthusiastically endeavoured to understand what DCP was trying to achieve at every stage of the project. The team delivered a survey tool that was highly configurable, customisable, and captured the needs of children and young people as well as case workers. Throughout the process, Atlasopen were professional, adaptable and responsive. With shifting strategic priorities and additional functionality requirements for DCP, \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team were able to move sprints and testing to accommodate our needs easily and quickly. Children and young people of all ages are reportedly engaging well with the survey tool and are sharing their experiences about their time in care.
