> **Avantages**: We require clients to submit a multitude of documents aligned with a checklist and Motion is great for that, it also allows focused messages about a specific task/document without the hassle of emailing.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Some fine-tuning is needed in terms of tasks/document workflow. 

At the moment, the client can click a task as complete when they submit a document, but it is not necessarily complete. It may be the wrong document as an example.

I would prefer the client to submit a task/document, and to leave it as ''Submitted''. 

The SME can click on ''Completed'' when the task is actually completed e.g. the document(s) that were submitted is/are satisfactory.

> Very good, the team has been fantastic in responding to my inquiries and made themselves available for quick video calls as well.

They also are implementing product updates and improvements on an ongoing basis.
