> **Avantages**: Sehr einfach zu bedienen, läuft super stabil und auch bei Großprojekten ohne Probleme. Aktuelle Features (z.B. Konflikte und Kommentare/Verlinkungen) bringen lcmd nochmal eine Stufe weiter. Der Import/Export zu MS Project funktioniert prima und ist z.B. für Reporting im Rahmenterminplan, Soll-Ist-Abgleich und Kritischer Pfad extrem hilfreich.

> **Inconvénients**: Die Plantafel ist nicht sehr übersichtlich und ein integriertes Bautagebuch wäre hilfreich.

> **Avantages**: Alle Beteiligten erhalten einen schnellen Überblick über den aktuellen Stand und die nächsten Schritte. LCMD ermöglicht eine durchgängige und nachvollziehbare Kontrolle über das gesamte Projekt. Verantwortlichkeiten, Abhängigkeiten und Fortschritte sind jederzeit einsehbar.

> **Inconvénients**: In der aktuellen Version sind Potenziale zur Optimierung in den Terminalansichten schwer ersichtlich. Auch die Darstellung auf den Plantafeln lässt Raum für Verbesserungen hinsichtlich Übersichtlichkeit und Funktionstiefe.

> Die einheitliche Terminplanung sorgt dafür, dass alle Projektbeteiligten stets über den aktuellen Stand informiert sind. Das fördert nicht nur die Transparenz, sondern auch die Zusammenarbeit im Team. Insgesamt wurde die Software in unseren Projekten als sehr hilfreich und praxisnah empfunden.

> **Avantages**: Sehr intuitiv und schön anzusehen.  Die Darstellung des Terminplans vereinfacht die Abstimmungen enorm.

> **Inconvénients**: Da fällt mir nichts konkretes ein. Es ist zwar nicht das billigste Tool am Markt aber das spiegelt sich im Mehrwert, das es liefert, auch extrem wieder.
> 
> Als verantwortlicher Projektmanager nutze ich LCMD jetzt schon im dritten Projekt und will es nicht mehr missen. Das ist ab jetzt mein Standard.

> **Inconvénients**: Derzeit keine Bekannt, auf alle Wünsche wird sehr schnell eingegangen. Ab und zu muss der Browser Chache gelöscht werden.
