The main disappointment and frustration is with one of the \[sensitive content hidden\] .I sent a very thorough message going over the relevant portion of my experience, asking several explicit questions, pointing out the potential bugs, and tossing out some feature requests. \[sensitive content hidden\] ignored what I actually said in favor of a 4-sentence response telling me Breely may not be right for me by citing inaccurate reasoning and just generally tried pushing me away from the app. I remain absolutely dumbfounded. When I pointed this out and requested my questions be answered and bugs addressed, he addressed only 1 of 2 glitches and technically answered 2 of 4 questions, except--importantly--he went backwards with one of the responses. Basically, that question started with the other f\[sensitive content hidden\], who had already provided info leading to my current, follow-up question. Instead of seeing this in the chain, \[sensitive content hidden\] provided useless info I had already seen and asked further about.
