> **Avantages**: They prioritise the right thing - the member's interface. It's slick and efficient, and looks really professional, which gives us confidence in sending it out. Our members love it, truly\! &#10;&#10;So far, there have also been no glitches or bugs that we've had to follow up on too. We've found the customer support fantastic.

> **Inconvénients**: It's pricey\! We think it's worth it, but I'd love to see more features / options under this price - e.g. Orbiit in Slack, or a broader range of integration abilities. For example, our membership changes weekly, and we have to keep uploading our data - would love to have integrations available that remove the need for this.
