There is a lot of complacency with services and tools that are now well over a decade old and urgently need rework due to security and overall performance. Feedback is accepted, but I don't feel like the actual product development team takes the feedback seriously. But you need a resource who is experienced in the product and can troubleshoot issues as they occur. This isn't a system that you simply turn on and forget about. Infios does provide support for issues, but without a strong internal initiative, the solution might take a long time. Overall, I would recommend Infios WMS and I have strong hopes that they will continue to improve and optimize the product.
