> **Avantages**: Voxware was able to help us in many areas; train order selectors faster, reduce our picking errors and increase our productivity. I also need to add that the customer support was also very friendly.

> **Inconvénients**: The voice recognition software had challenges at times, label printing was also a problem in some instances. The biggest problem we encountered was "out of range" issues with the printers. We lost lots of productivity time, and invested in more equipment and surveys, it got a bit frustrating.

> Overall Voxware is a great product, the issues noted become the perception. 
Continue to work on these items, special the "out of range" that's the biggest one.

Excellent customer support responds quickly, and the documentation makes user adoption straightforward and efficient.
