The note taking system is easy and the report system, once set up correctly, makes it so easy to pull reports > > **Inconvénients**: It is a little cumbersome and the learning curve is high but mainly because I had to teach myself, even though many, many training sessions were offered. It was also at the end of Covid so virtual learning made it even worse. Getting everyone's schedule to come together was impossible. Earlier this year, they completed a re-enrollment report that allowed me to see completed and in progress forms so I could keep track of our process. Most recently, I was able to finish scheduling courses in one day\!
