> **Avantages**: Once the data is updated it is not an easy to delete or amend, so very good internal control, easy to export data in excel

> **Inconvénients**: changes very time whenever we enter either receivables or payables, data always keep on changing, every time report changes

> Good for big companies, need less internal control, good for inventory management, easy to understand and reports are very accurate provided you have to be the master of accounting, training is very costly, technical support is very costly, price is very high, not fit for small companies, not an easy to understand the program, good and easy unlimited number of vendors, customers, accounts, sub accounts, and many more, not much in demand, price is very high, less number of technical personnel and few number of persons aware about this software, hardly few companies are using this product because of complicated program, batch system processing is good, the problem can be rectified easily, not good for bank reconciliiation
