Avantages :

Intégration très facile. Facile d'utilisation pour les fournisseurs. Très bon suivi de la part des équipes Market Dojo.

Inconvénients :

La création des grilles tarifaires demande un peu de temps lors des premiers appels d'offres mais après une ou deux fois, le système est très facile d'utilisation.

Commentaires : My overall experience was amazing! In my first meeting we quickly established everything we needed to get in place & within only a few days I received a version of the graphic design for the system & for the interface along with the initial Auction List layout. The catalogue design was also absolutely second to none! I made a number of changes to lots & prices but nothing was ever too much trouble & all of these changes were made promptly! I felt that Market DOJO has really listened to what I needed & as a result there were very few design or layout amendments which made for a smooth run. The way that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] managed the project really was outstanding - always keeping me updated with progress & sending me To Do lists of what was left. It was a total breath of fresh air to work with a company who cares so much about its clients & ensures that the maximum quality project was delivered. The result of the auction was £6300 raised which was totally amazing & we thank Market DOJO again. Thanks, Lucy Chatting

Avantages :

The software was really easy to use for the auction in terms of managing the auction lots, editing the lots & setting reserve pricing. It was also very easy to contact the bidders either one by one or as a group throughout the auction. Messages also came back easily. Any IT issues we had were also logged via the software & amended really quickly. It was also great for reviewing the latest & highest bids & placing new bids. The design, layout & look & feel were second to none & I received many comments about this.

Inconvénients :

It is hard for us to say as we were lucky enough to be able to use this software free of charge for the charity. I personally think it would be good to show images of the lots on the auction & also to show current highest bids for all lots even if you havent bid on it. Finally it would be good to notify bidders when they get outbid.

We now have a development ticket to display the current highest bids as you have mentioned. We also have a ticket on sending email notifications when a participant is outranked during an auction.This is displayed in the live feed above the auction, however we realise it could be made more obvious.We will do our best to address this.Finally due to the nature of our general use, an image for each lot is not often needed, however we have taken your feedback onboard as a future idea. A work around is using the 'Documents' tab where images & other documents can be uploaded. Thanks again MD

Using Market Dojo

Avantages :

At Emaar, with tens of sourcing events every week, we are very grateful how Market Dojo helps us in being more effective. With such an easy to use system, our procurement team creates quickly and easily RFQs, RFIs and various Reverse Auctions events. Additionally, the Supplier Onboarding portal saved us hours and hours of work by automating the pre-qualification process for any new vendor. Over the years, the platform has helped us to build a constructive and transparent relationship with our vendors and generate substantial savings on our procurement costs. One more thing we appreciated, every time we had a request for a new feature, the team at Market Dojo engaged in a constructive conversation and for most of our requests, they built the required improvement in no time. Last but not least, the support team is absolutely fabulous. Anytime we or any of our vendors had a question, the team responded and resolved any issues promptly. It’s such a pleasure working with the team at Market Dojo.

Inconvénients :

Great tool to track interaction with suppliers, only suggestion would be to integrate more advanced features to manage the Contracts with the suppliers, but I heard they are already working on it.

Avantages :

Easy to use. It’s not take long time to create a tender on the system.

Inconvénients :

It is not flexible to adjust information. For example, if the bidders type wrong name of company, they cannot change after signing in.

Very good experience with Market Dojo

Commentaires : Great experience in using Market Dojo with brilliant and quick support. This is a smart tool which simplifies a lot the process for complex projects! I am sure the tool will grow even more in the future, assuring it a great future and success.

Avantages :

The team and support is really great, always trying to find the solution which is the best for your business. The simplicity, it is not overcomplicated, do the job well and you do not need to spend ages to build your events The improvements which are released regularly and take customer remarks into consideration The "Sandpit" tool which allows you to test your event as if you were a bidder and adjust accordingly, in live. Project stakeholders can access event you want to share with them, and you can also include access restrictions The different ways to access the content (Documents repository, into the event question directly, via Excel download, etc... )

Inconvénients :

The scoring for an event with a lot of questions and bidders since so far I believe scoring is only possible per bidder rather than per question across all the bidders, to keep the same scoring logic.

An innovative, powerful eSourcing tool that gives buyers absolute control over their tenders.

Avantages :

Market Dojo has offered me excellent flexibility and customer support to personally operate two RFPs. I have been able to set as many questions as I like, with virtually no restrictions on the parameters set for bidders to answer to ensure that I obtain only the information I require. Incidentally, a lot of bidders commented they preferred this as it allowed them to reduce the work required to submit bids. I love the fact that I could copy and paste the structure of a previous tenders to avoid having to construct new tenders. It saves so much time and enabled my organisation to continually improve the tenders it puts out to market without having to start from scratch. Lastly, Market Dojo's customer support is excellent. They offer a website chat function and email support during office hours and regularly follow up on queries I make out of hours. I always receive personalised, solutions orientated feedback. Market Dojo's owners and employees are clearly very proud of their product and took a keen interest in ensuring I got the best out of its features.

Inconvénients :

It requires training, quite a bit actually to learn how to operate various features. The website would benefit from short video blogs showing how to use Market Dojo's features. Once an RFP is launched, it is very difficult to change it so, it needs to be tested prior to an RFP being issued.

Great customer service

Avantages :

Customer Service is awesome. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is always very helpful.

Inconvénients :

For our suppliers to go in and register, they have a hard time navigating and tell me often that it's not very clear or user-friendly. I don't like when I am updating the COI by Proxy for the supplier, that it goes back into the whole approval process again even though they are already approved.

We have also recently made changes so that you will not go back through the workflow when documents are updated on suppliers who have already been onboarded. Flexible & time saving program

Commentaires : From the support team, through to our personal Market dojo manager, the experience of using this platform was always a positive experience.
It was a pleasure to work with Market dojo to achieve our online Auctioning targets, which was a success. The platform was easy for our many suppliers to access and use, with straight forward functions. The reporting tools and summaries created afterwards were quick and easy to download allowing for strong analysis of any Auction we ran.

Avantages :

A very easy and straight forward online Auctioning platform allowing our company to manage our many items to be Auctioned successfully.

Inconvénients :

None to comment on as we did not have a negative experience using this platform

Commentaires : We have been using MarketDojo for several e-sourcing events, from simple to complex ones. The client / customer support team is very effective, and the tool is basic, but gets the job done without needing to invest significant amounts of money for larger suites.
It is worth to invest some time in thinking through the event structure, to avoid extra workload in the analysis/awarding phases.

Avantages :

Customer Support: very responsive, always going the extra mile to help setting up and managing any e-sourcing event.

Inconvénients :

Some steps required to set up an e-sourcing event are not so straightforward. Awarding: rather basic.

Commentaires : Dojo have helped us greatly in rolling out our Procurement systems strategy. They have offered us agile, easy to acquire, value for money solutions for tasks like Category planning and eRFx. Their tools are also easily shared with our operations around the world, assisting us in globalising our Procurement service.

Avantages :

- Extremely agile - very easy to acquire and use - Excellent value for money - low investment required - Top class customer support - 2nd to none

Inconvénients :

No negative comments to make. The effort and investment required to get started with Dojo solutions is so small relative to other solutions that any "downside" would be quickly forgiven. Yet, we haven't seen any to-date.

Commentaires : We worked with Market Dojo for many years and Market Dojo have always given support and were quick to respond when requested.

Avantages :

The Market Dojo platform offers an easy to use space for suppliers to register, participate and communicate directly through the platform. We have successfully used this platform to manage our tenders and eAuctions to deliver value and savings for our clients.

Inconvénients :

The post event analysis functionality is limited, particularly where there are multiple lots and scenario requirements.

Avantages :

The ultimate in flexibility and configurability - easy to set up and gives instant feedback to bidders so encourages participation. Different types of auction also drives competition and costs down. Clients really like the transparency.

Inconvénients :

No real cons with this software as it was intuitive to use from day one - we had to set up the lot matrix to allow us to do what we needed but once set up it was very easy to use.

Commentaires : Our company used Market Dojo to run multiple RFPs across an array of categories simultaneously at an African mine. The platform is intuitive, powerful and supported by great customer service.

Avantages :

Market Dojo proved to be easy to use, customisable and highly effective in the mining space. Our procurement team was up and running within a week of deciding to use Market Dojo, developing customised RFPs to meet the specific needs of the mine. Market Dojo also comes with customer support of the highest quality. All questions were answered within minutes of being posed to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the Market Dojo team.

Inconvénients :

None which we came across. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Commentaires : I am very happy with Market Dojo, as I was introduced to it at my last place of work and felt it fulfilled a new requirement at my current place of work and, along with the updates and tweaks since, it has not been hard to convince my superiors why this platform is great.

Avantages :

The ease of use is always a positive when implementing a new software, and the clear instructions throughout the process aided the transition. All aspects of the program are neatly presented, and provides a platform that all can use, meaning less resistance to change.

Inconvénients :

Aspects of the lots could be improved by increasing the decimal place points within the simple lot, along with providing a more comprehensive final report

Commentaires : Brilliant product offering and topped up with very high levels of customer service from experienced people all well seasoned in procurement.

Avantages :

Very easy to use and intuitive, user friendly, really effective. The sandpit concept is brilliant for trying things out in a safe environment. It is possible to design bespoke events which are geared to the outcomes you need. It is also very easy for suppliers to use. You can white label the product too to make it look in line with your corporate branding.

Inconvénients :

I cannot think of any functions that I am unhappy with

Avantages :

Relatively easy to use. Very good customer support. Promoted competition between suppliers and sped up the negotiation process.

Inconvénients :

Our auction setup was not fit for purpose and this created a few issues. These were overcome.

Great reverse auction Saas

Commentaires : I lead a procurement team covering the Middle East and Africa. We used Market Dojo to qualify vendors and negotiate prices, using the online reverse auction function. The tools are incredibly easy to use and the reverse auction events drove considerable savings in our business.

Avantages :

Ease of use for procurement teams and bidders. Enforces a structured process.

Inconvénients :

Further integration into the procurement process would be useful.

How easy it is to use, the steps on how to proceed where very good, it is great that you not having to go from one page to another - it flows nicely

The ease to profit gains

Commentaires : A great experience, on good speed. There is nothing more relieving than having to do a lot of work and being able to finish it in a good space of time.

Avantages :

It provided the correct tender/contract processing aid and it gave me the opportunity to generate profit.

Commentaires : We use this reverse auction software since nearly 3 years at BOSCH to benchmark products & achieve a maximum in savings. The tool is easy to learn & easy and fast to use once you have the routine. You can save a lot of time and bundle projects as well.

Great Software

Commentaires : The software is user-friendly, inexpensive.
And the most important is that the customer support is great, they always available to questions (skype, mail) and they return with answers very fast.

Avantages :

My favorite thing is that the system is very easy to use, and in a few hours you can be an expert in the system. Also, it is easy to learn new features in the system.

Inconvénients :

In order to add additional categories for the suppliers ranking, for example - quality, suppliers had to fill out a questionnaire. which is an Indirect solution to the problem.
