You can scan, print, and even drag documents into the program. You can then assign a workflow and task for each user. You are able to make internal notes and create stamps for easy and quick personalization. Transferring documents from one department to another is easy. You can even add pictures and videos to the file. You also have the ability to redact PII, such as social security numbers. > > **Inconvénients**: When you need to print a file, if there is something in the file that cannot be printed such as a video or a .tiff, it will error out. There is a feature that is supposed to tell you what is causing the error but it doesn't always work. It might not sound like a big deal, but when you go to print a 12,000 page document and you have to shift through all of it to see what is causing there error, it is a time consuming nightmare. > > Moving away from the days of paper and inter-departmental transfers, ImageRIght is a huge win. A digital record that you can easily organize documents of all formats, PDF, TIFF, JPG, WAV. Easily assign task and create workflows. Users can create stamps, for initials and dates. You can attach a related claim to the one you are working on. > > **Inconvénients**: Too many clicks to get things where they need to be(i.e., document to the claim), the color of the diary can't be changed and is too bright and hard to look a. Documents transferred to the file are too dim. You have to change the monitor resolution to see them which makes the screen darker. Highlighting is too dim, can't see it. My work flow is much slower because of this system. My suggestion is to make the flow quicker and easier rather than take more steps. Put the diary color back to very light grey or able to change to what works for us. It is very time consuming if you are looking for something and have to go to each page to view.
