They are also highly focuses on continuously improving the product and rolling out new features. They are very engaged with customer support and always willing to hear feedback and new ideas. The mobile app is great for our field technicians and integrates well with the overall system.

Everything used is customized by the administrator to ensure you are capturing all the information you want your staff to capture.

> Like any new software as long as you make the committment to properly train, develop your content and take the time to learn everything the software can do you will see it is easy to use.

> **Inconvénients**: Clumsy interface, mobile application seldom worked, heavy web service integration with Netsuite (the amount of data being constantly pulled from our ERP was astonishing).

> The sales team was very good at showing us a working system and all of the advantages to using Service Pro, so we were excited to use it.  After an extended implementation period, we finally went live and it was one problem after another.  The response from MSI was non-existent and with all the problems, we decided to stop using it.  What a complete waste of time and money.
