> **Avantages**: The best part about this software is it was easy to implement and to change to from our previous software—it has a lot of features for converting data over. The software is great for managing data as it has many different search fields and you’re able to customize the way the data is displayed to you by choosing what columns of data show, etc. The software also makes it easy to export all data or reports to excel so you’re able to work with it easier there too. The best feature by far is the ability to bulk upload invoices to the system which can auto fill the vendor name and invoice number and then route the invoice to the appropriate person. You also are able to see the invoice you are working with while coding it—all of which are a must if you’re going paperless.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Although Corcentric offers some great features and makes paperless work possible, the software does run rather slowly at times and occasionally crashes.
> 
> Overall, Corcentric is great if you’re trying to go paperless as it makes this transition seamless, taking care of all the small details and functions you need to successfully process invoices. The only downside is sometimes the software runs slowly and crashes.
