The system also has workflows that make it easy to manage processes. One big advantage of the system is the local system administrator and the possibility to modify workflows, forms, etc. without having to contact the system supplier every time. A big success with CWA is their support function, which works really well and most of the times you get a response within a couple of hours. > > **Inconvénients**: There are some weaknesses in system to allow users filter their tasks in home page to show only the tasks where instant actions are required. Now Filtering can be done in cases, but filter doesn´t apply to home page. Other weakness what causes sometimes a lot of wasting time when creating new forms in workflows. When there is fields with same name it is really difficult to select correct one. This causes forms to not working at all or even crash the workflow totally This weakness could be fixed with visible field codes which are unique, then it is easy to use same source field in all places without temporary naming. > > System is good and easy to implement.
