> **Avantages**: Fairly easy to navigate and the setup was easy
> 
> **Inconvénients**: It would not calculate the loans accurately.  It would not refinance the loans correctly.  Customer service seemed to make an effort to fix it but never did.  I asked them not to charge me while they were trying to get it to work and they did anyway.  I finally canceled it and they made me pay for an extra month.
