It has a nice balance of features, the service is reliable, and its customer support teams are extremely responsive to any inquiries.&#10;When you keep your chatbox on the side it's easier to get back onto it when you need to, so you can spend more time talking with clients.&#10;The customized messages for before and after chatting can be set up to match any language of your choosing. If English is the default on your server, you can still change the wording to use French or Spanish.

> **Inconvénients**: There is no "bot" function with the option for automatic replies when employees are away. The software isn't very self-explanatory for new users, and to quote their customer support team, they "do not offer any training."

> We have repeatedly requested training and assistance to get our team up to speed on how to use this product and been told by customer support that there is nothing they can do to help us since they do not offer training. We've requested to speak to someone on the phone and been told that they do not offer phone support. We've requested to speak with a manager and been provided an email address for some representative and he has not replied to two of our emails over the last three weeks. When we returned to the chat function on the site to alert customer support of this, they were extremely rude and unhelpful.
