Not only because it's easy to use, but their customer support team  is actually very helpful, friendly and always available. They know what they're doing and always happy to solve the problem and teach you. 
The software is so easy  and so simple to understand and use. You can have access to it from any computer, IPad and iPhone or android.
I always recommended this software to my friends and colleagues.
