The support team is very friendly and continues to ensure my projects and needs are met. After training, the system was very easy to use, especially when tagging assets with keywords for efficient searching. The most widely used feature for my company is the powerpoint connector which allows the employees to drag drop photos and our brand clip and assets. The folder management capabilities are a major benefit, allowing us to control access by making content public, department-specific, or available company-wide. The platform supports a wide range of file types, including JPEGs, pdfs, svgs, videos, eps, pngs.  Creative assets can be found either through keyword search or by browsing folders which is a huge plus for us. > > **Inconvénients**: No basic creative asset builder built within. We had regular weekly calls during implementation meaning a lot of development happened quickly. Project documentation and how-to guides were well put together. The platform is highly intuitive and easy to use. The integration happened seamlessly, we migrated from a very outdated platform and were really worried, but it was all fine. Customer support was always on hand and issues resolved quickly. The DAM is used daily by the business and no issues to speak of. Good analytics and reporting tools to look at uptake of DAM and asset usage. Excellent plugins for social media management. > > **Inconvénients**: Their main office is based in Australia so scheduling calls was tricky due to time difference, but no real issue and they now have someone in the UK. > > Intelligence Bank were much more customer focussed, their whole approach seemed to be much orientated to how their product could be customised to fit our requirements, rather than being shown a finished product we had to fit into. We leaked the whole focus on changes coming from user requests.
