Coyote on prem is no longer offered as of the date of this review update. > > **Inconvénients**: SurePoint purchased Coyote in 2022. They made minimal improvements and then announced in early November 2025 that they were sunsetting the "on prem" Coyote Analytics product at the end of February 2026. This provided very little notice to the many firms affected, and left them scrambling to find an alternate product or else sign 3-year bridge contracts with SurePoint that were many times more expensive than existing support fees. Support has also been very slow and generally unhelpful since the SurePoint acquisition.
