Finding resources using the metadata available wasn't great either. Their search engine failed us and was quirky. > > Very mid experience. We transitioned from WebDAM and most preferred if we could have stayed. The team at Bynder did not help us with the transition very well and ultimately it took a full year to get the DAM transferred. They cut us off of API access a week before our contract expired and tried to sell special services to get us to transfer files out.
