> **Avantages**: Fastviewer has been a great help, its remote help makes everything easier to fix and send, when there is something wrong with the system I contact support so that through Fastviewer they can make the necessary fix without having to wait hours for them to get to my site. Its use is very easy to do since with just one link I give them permission to enter my system and there they can handle everything properly

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes it has happened to me that I cannot connect quickly, I have had to wait for the system to react and let me enter but it is not more than 10 minutes of waiting
