> **Inconvénients**: The price\!\! Bonterra has bought up a LOT of nonprofit support systems and software and has JACKED UP the price on everything while at the same time reducing support and customization features until the products are not worth the hassle.

> I DESPISE THEM WITH ALL MY BEING. The exploitation of nonprofit services at the horrifyingly exorbitant prices is unconsciounable. The nonprofit sector is struggling already. Bonterra is just around to bayonet the wounded and make sure the support resources and software are out of reach costwise. HATE THEM.

It makes it easier when my job is able to make adjustments to how we manage our clients documents when we say we like one way or if we don't like it they are able to make changes. It is very secure with the password and making sure you change your passwords frequently which ensures client privacy and protection.

> **Inconvénients**: Really no cons I just wish there was an auto save option especially for the notes section and we can't do anything about system updates but sometimes those are inconvenient
