We've been able to significantly increase our levels of service and commitment. •We've given managers time back with videos, and we now know that employees are getting the right information. •It's hard with young or inexperienced employees to teach them all of the skills. SU allows us to do that with the ability to cover all types of learning styles. Visual, reading, etc. •Also, we've been able to reduce labor and food costs because employees have less ineffective training time.
