> **Avantages**: The user interface is friendly and self explanatory.  Loading is initial information into the system is facilitated through the use of excel for importing.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: There is quite a bit of set-up involved, but worth the effort.  User privileging can be somewhat confusing .
> 
> Therap was our choice for a mandated EHR, but we are realizing the benefit of having real time data available for the individuals we serve.  The product will definitely streamline billing procedures once the initial setup is complete.

> **Inconvénients**: Features sometimes seek to change without warning. A feature will be a great fit for our need and then an update will happen snd the feature is no longer the same and doesn’t suit our needs in the same way.
> 
> Therap is one of the few programs  that integrates with the MO Department of Mental Health software and gives them access to the information they require. Of the options we had, Therap is far superior to any others for the multitude of feistiness it offers for internal and external users.

> **Inconvénients**: We don’t utilize everything and the glitches when the updating is happening. There have been issues with users being able to get back into the system without having to reset privileges

> Overall it has been great to utilize for all services we are working with and our team has really enjoyed that the system is learnable and user friendly.

> **Avantages**: The individual home page is great\! It is a one stop shop to find everything you need.  Makes it easier for staff to learn and navigate.

> **Inconvénients**: I don't like that you can't update users or other applications without changing info from the start of therap.

> I love Therap\!  Before Therap we were still hand writing documentation and QA was a lot more difficult.
