> **Avantages**: The user interface is friendly and self explanatory.  Loading is initial information into the system is facilitated through the use of excel for importing.

> **Inconvénients**: There is quite a bit of set-up involved, but worth the effort.  User privileging can be somewhat confusing .

> Therap was our choice for a mandated EHR, but we are realizing the benefit of having real time data available for the individuals we serve.  The product will definitely streamline billing procedures once the initial setup is complete.

> So far it’s lacking because it’s been minimal use currently only use the State features. Haven’t made the jump to the other modules.
