It's helped us amalgamate our CRM database with our billing \& payments. The support staff \& tier 2 team are awesome and things have been getting faster and more responsive with the support team. I like that there are additional modules we can add on as our biz needs grow. > > **Inconvénients**: The staff member onboarding us, it was his last onboarding before he moved to a different dept and to say it was brutal would be an understatement. 2 yrs later and we are still correcting issues that the onboarding created. It has been a fight to get the software to meet our needs from day one - we didn't now what we didn't now and the deficient onboarding exacerbated the issues. We wish there was more easy-to-access support with the webpages. > > Would recommend to others as we understand our poor experience onboarding was a one-off.
