Good features for the price, it does what we need it to
Avantages :
The forms are a nice feature as it's helped us to keep everything in one place. The approvals work nicely, especially for recruitment considering it's not an ATS.
Inconvénients :
Not everything is logical and it's easy to get stuck sometimes when setting up new processes. The integration was not as smooth as we had hoped, but this was rectified once we raised a concern.

Commentaires : From the start I have had fantastic support from the team who have helped us to set up to make things work for us.
Avantages :
It has simplified a lot of the HR admin that we used to do manually.
Inconvénients :
There are occasional things that are not intuitive but the helpdesk is super quick at helping you work things out.
Cezanne not very intuitive
Commentaires : Nearly a year and still trying to get to grips with it
Avantages :
For the end user it's very simple and display looks good.

To set up various processes, security functions etc it seems quite long winded and clunky

Commentaires : Generally good, a few minor irritations.
Avantages :
Mostly very easy to use, the reporting is generally good. System is user friendly and looks slick. Allows us to manage employees across about 18 different countries so good for small, global companies.
Inconvénients :
Changing someone's manager can be a headache. Reporting on leavers is a little tricky as their info tends to come out blank unless you run very specific reports. The org chart.

Great System for a growing Company
Commentaires : Great, I cannot fault it, I cannot see a reason to need to change provider anytime soon.
Avantages :
Its flexible, the customer service is great and if things do not go right, they put it right.
Inconvénients :
InRecruiting - the module is not that dynamic for an ATS of 2024.

Commentaires : In the beginning I found Cezanne not very user friendly and was hard to get my head around. However with Cezanne's helpdesk and video calls I am more or less up to speed with it. Overall it is a decent system that needs some updates to certain things like the limited mobile app .
Avantages :
The built in analytic reports makes reporting on different departments and shifts very easy which is ideal in my job role.
Inconvénients :
Can't set up a notification for when a employee deletes holiday. This sometimes causes an issue when we have them down as on holiday but then they say they have been working.

Cezanne is easy to use, it makes my life easier every day.

Nothing really, sometimes it take a while to remember all of the Administrator functions but once the system is set up it is fairly maintenance free,

Commentaires : Generally very good and works how is required. A few user focused additions such as recurring time off could be useful.

It is useful to use for the core functions of booking time off and gathering overtime
Inconvénients :
Sometimes putting in absence requests can be a little long winded, especially if you wanted to book say a recurring friday off for 4 weeks you would need to do 4 seperate booking requests.
User friendly and intuitive
Commentaires : Overall we are very satisfied with cezanne, we’ve been using it for more than 6 years. It is very user friendly for both admins and users.

The modular system of features can take a while to understand where the limits of your selected options begin and end. API doesn't have all the features we would like.
Enjoying Cezanne
Commentaires : Positive. Learning to use it has been fun.
Avantages :
Extremely user friendly, once you learn the ropes. Especially like that they offer all things HR in one place.
Inconvénients :
Getting to a place where you're confident to use it can take some time/training. Once you learn the processes it becomes very easy.
Good value for money
Commentaires : For the users, it is great and simple to use.
Avantages :
It is a complete system that covers all areas of HR.
Inconvénients :
You have to set up the system yourself or pay for the support to do it for you. It is a complex system because offers you a lot but it doesn't work properly if you don't set up it properly.
Cezanne HR Review
Commentaires : Generally positive, roll out was easy enough and the support provided by the support team has been consistent. We did have some issues with the account manager assigned to our account however that has since been resolved.
Avantages :
Ease of deployment and ease of use, for an off the shelf system there is a fair level of customisation available.
Inconvénients :
The areas that we are limited in customising are the performance management module, in terms of titling and labelling boxes and information available at different stages to the employee and manager.At times you can get stuck in a system loop when updating deployment records which can be frustrating as the notification messages don't go into enough detail to help you pin point what exactly is causing the loop so it can take some time to resolve.

It's ok for HR software
Avantages :
The ability to use Single Sign On is good. The general look of the site is good.
Inconvénients :
It's a bit clunky. I seem to get lots of notifications from colleagues and can't turn them off. API isn't working as intended and support haven't come back to me after 3 months.
A technical system, capable of holding a lot of different forms of data, but not as focused on ease of use as others
Avantages :
The system has the option to hold a large volume of different forms of data and the reporting functionality seems good. We're mid-way through implementation and our implementation manager has been helpful.
Inconvénients :
Because the system is able to hold so much data, it's not as easy for users to navigate as other systems I've used in the past. The data we can transfer through the integration with Pinpoint ATS seems very limited.

Avantages :
As someone who helps implement, train employee to use and who is an admin user, I find Cezanne to be very intuitive and user friendly. I enjoy sharing Cezanne with new clients as I know that it will help to make everyone's lives easier!
Inconvénients :
Reporting - sometimes it is difficult to get all of the information you need on one report as the data sits in different tables within the system
Flexible Functions
Commentaires : Cezanne have been a dream to work with. Support is great and we've had a great level of up time. We have no complaints.
Avantages :
We outgrew our old HR platform and we realised that most (even some of the industry leaders) only work to one very fixed hours patten. Cezanne HR has helped us to accommodate many working pattens. Their API has allowed us to easily pull this data into our BI platforms. Staff can use the app to book absence at home. We have even deployed custom absence plans which allows for gift holiday etc.
Inconvénients :
The UX is not the most intuative out there and the design could do with a little refresh. However, neither are show stoppers. The functionality gains and value for money are far more important.
Ease of use
Avantages :
Cezanne is so easy to use, I have used several other HR & Time and attendance platforms and I have to say this is the easiest one I have used.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the support can be a bit slow in getting back to you. It would be beneficial to have a number to call.
