Our implementation manager was incredibly easy to reach whenever we needed him during the rollout. Even after going live, their support has remained excellent. For example, when I hit a production tracking error while trying to issue quantities on an in-transit operation, their support specialist, Nikki, logged right into our system. She provided clear screenshots breaking down exactly what had been issued and received for each color, alongside step-by-step instructions on what to do next. That prompt, visual response made a complex issue easy to resolve.
