> **Avantages**: Vidyard works with a minimum of muss and fuss for screen sharing. There are lots of players in this space but I still like Vidyard best for basic screen capture. Its easy for customers to use and easy for me to create and send videos

> **Inconvénients**: the paid plans were a little out of whack with some of their competitors. Free, of course, is fine for basic use but they seem to be looking for enterprise users not mall business.
> 
> I've had great success with Vidyard and terrific conversations with their sales team about their packages.

> **Inconvénients**: It seems like I often ran into difficulties with sharing and giving others access to the videos. The links would not work or would stop working depending on the browser or how you are trying to view them.

> Overall, my experience was good; however, my company has shifted to using Consensus to share videos as it has more analytic tracking capabilities and seems more viewer friendly when sharing.
